How can I cancel my subscription?

Please note, the subscription plan is OPTIONAL and you can ask a question or accept an answer without being enrolled in the subscription plan. To cancel your subscription or if you're not sure if you enrolled in a subscription, please follow the instructions below.
  1. To cancel your subscription, click My Account in the top right corner of the page. 


    If you do not see My Account, you are not signed in. Simply click Sign In and follow the instructions below. 



  3. Once you're signed in, scroll down and locate the Account Information panel on the left side of the page. In the Account Information panel under "Account Information" click Edit.
    Please note that if there is no option to Edit under the Account Information panel, you are not enrolled in a subscription.




  5. On the Edit Your Subscription page, next to Subscription Status, select the Cancel My Subscription Plan button.




  7. Tell us why you want to cancel and click the Submit button to save.


You can access the Account Information page by clicking HERE.

You will receive an email confirmation approximately 15 minutes after your membership has been cancelled. Please remember, if you do not see the option to Edit under the Account Information panel, you did not enroll in a subscription.

To turn your subscription back on, follow the steps above and click Restart your subscription now. 

At this time, our self-refund tool is not available for processing refunds of membership payments. To request a refund of a recent membership payment, please contact Customer Care by clicking Email, Chat or Phone above and our team will be happy to assist you.
