Our moderators will be closing questions from subscribers in the following categories:
- All Homework categories and subcategories
- Mental Health*
- Tarot
- Programming*
Please do not answer subscriber's questions in these categories, as they are subject to being closed and not rated. The majority will be closed before they get answered by our moderation team, but if you see one, please report it to your moderator.
*Customers may use their subscription to ask one (1) question a month in Mental Health and Programming.
Professionals should continue to report the subscription customer questions, same as usual, with the Send to Category Moderator report for "unable to answer online" If you choose to report them, you'll get wheel spin chips for your trouble. They should not be answered.
However: once they are reported, and the category mods find that it's the first question from that customer in that category for the month, they will add a code to the title. It will consist of the word "OK," the category, and the date. So, a mental health question for today would look like: OKMH1206
If you see that, you can answer it.

Reminder: The question list is currently the only place where you can see if a customer is a subsciber or not; email notifications will not list the type of customer.
