What if my application is disapproved? Can you tell me why I was rejected?

JustAnswer does not release the results of its own evaluations. If you are approved by JustAnswer but your credential verification with the third-party service is not successful, however, you will be given the opportunity to dispute the results with the third-party service.

At times, JustAnswer places Experts on a waiting list when the needs of a category are being met by the current Expert base. If you’re added to the waiting list, you’ll receive an email to let you know. In that event, your application will be kept on file for up to one year and you may be notified if the needs of the category change.
