How and when will I be paid?

Money will be added to your Expert earnings account if and when a Customer accepts your answer. Once your earnings account has above $20, you may request payment, and JustAnswer will send you the money via PayPal at the beginning of the next month (typically within the first four business days).

Paypal is currently the only method of payment available. If you do not have a PayPal account, you can create one by going to: www.paypal.com.

In order to get paid, you need to set your account to either of the following options on the request payment page:
